This is the architecture we believe in.
Silverstone Park is a commercial development made up of three industrial units, ranging in size from 750m² to 2250m². Each unit includes a 110m² office component and 60m² of staff facilities, including change rooms and ablutions. Designed for a retail-warehouse typology, the scheme combines the practical efficiencies of industrial space with a polished architectural character suited to higher-traffic, customer-facing operations.
Every unit is equipped with both ramp access and dock leveller loading facilities, ensuring flexibility for a range of tenant uses. The buildings are positioned to maximise site coverage—brought up to 80%—while maintaining ease of circulation and parking.
To accommodate this tight footprint, the office volumes were designed using lightweight walling systems, allowing them to cantilever over the street-side parking. This move not only saves space but gives the façades a dynamic presence that elevates the aesthetic well above conventional warehouse typologies.
Through smart planning and refined detailing, Silverstone Park delivers an adaptable, well-finished industrial product that caters to evolving commercial needs while holding its own architecturally in a competitive market.
