This is the architecture we believe in.
This small industrial building was shaped by two key considerations: its location on a busy intersection and the need to maximise built area on a relatively compact site. The high-traffic corner offered the chance to create a strong, recognisable public face for the occupant, transforming what is typically a utilitarian building type into a statement of presence.
To address the spatial constraints, a portion of the warehouse volume was elevated, creating covered parking beneath and freeing up valuable ground-level space. This strategic move not only improved site efficiency but introduced a dynamic spatial sequence within the building itself.
The final design is composed of two sweeping curved forms — one defining the roofline, the other shaping the floor plate. These gestures not only soften the industrial typology but also lend the structure a sense of flow and movement as it addresses the corner site.
Internally, the layout includes 300m² of office and training spaces, and 800m² of warehouse and assembly areas, arranged in a stepped configuration that responds to both function and form. By combining elevated volumes, clean geometry, and strategic siting, the project delivers a high-performing industrial space with architectural presence far beyond its scale.
