House SC, originally a nondescript structure from the 1970s, underwent a comprehensive transformation to become a modern family home. The design maximizes the potential of the site, repositioning the house to open towards an expansive covered entertainment terrace and swimming pool, fostering a natural connection between the interior living areas and the outdoor spaces.
The entrance was reimagined to establish a proper flow from the street, creating a welcoming transition that leads to the front door while maintaining the privacy and independence of the entertainment zone.
Almost all internal walls were removed and replaced, and the entire layout reworked to suit contemporary family living. New services, finishes, and fittings were introduced throughout, ensuring the home feels completely new while retaining its original foundation.
With a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, the house embodies sophistication, with carefully designed spaces that allow for both family gatherings and private moments. This is a home that speaks to modern living, combining openness, comfort, and a refined architectural language.
