Purposeful Design. Rooted in Place.

This is the architecture we believe in.

House Mc

This contemporary home sits elevated above the treetops, nestled between views of the southern slopes and northern woodlands. Designed for multigenerational living, the house offers both expansive shared spaces and quieter, more intimate moments — all tied together by a strong relationship to light, landscape, and materiality.

About the project

Large glass openings frame the surrounding views and blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, while outdoor entertainment areas extend the living spaces into the landscape. A central planted atrium acts as a green heart around which the cubic forms of the house are arranged, bringing nature into the centre of the home.

A restrained palette of steel, concrete, and timber is softened by finely detailed sunscreens that offer both shade and a rhythmic architectural language. On the upper level, sculpted pitched-roof forms rise gently above the concrete roof slab to admit soft, filtered light into the bedrooms and family spaces below.
