This is the architecture we believe in.
Tucked into the heart of Cape Town’s vibrant city centre, this penthouse began as a raw white box – a blank slate with panoramic potential. A close friend of the architect acquired the space with the vision of creating a stylish, liveable apartment tailored for both entertaining and everyday city life.
The design approach focused on configuring the open shell into a functional, comfortable home, making the most of natural light, urban views, and spatial flow. We also curated the interiors, selecting locally crafted furniture, artwork, and decor elements to infuse the space with warmth and personality while celebrating South African design.
The result is a contemporary inner-city retreat — equal parts sophisticated and inviting.
