Neal Sachs is a SACAP-registered Professional Architect with extensive local and international experience. His early career included contracts with Zvi Hecker Architects in both the Tel Aviv and Berlin offices, as well as with Sino Pacific Construction Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

As Principal Architect at Zuckerman Sachs Architects, Neal has led the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of work spanning retail centres, industrial parks, educational facilities, and numerous high-end private residences, ranging in value from R5 million to R160 million.Neal’s architectural philosophy is rooted in a deep appreciation for form, light, and space—the essential elements that define how we experience the built environment. He believes that architecture should quietly elevate the everyday, using proportion, material, and light to create spaces that feel both grounded and uplifting.
