Mark Zuckerman is a SACAP-registered Professional Architect with over three decades of experience in the architectural field. He began his career in 1988 at MTVR Architects in Cape Town, where he played a key role as Project Architect on a wide range of commercial and institutional developments.

As Principal Architect at Zuckerman Sachs Architects, Mark has led numerous landmark projects including the masterplan for the first phase of the Arabella Golf Estate in Kleinmond—featuring a 5-star hotel, lagoon-side residences, and integrated golf course living. He has also designed and overseen the completion of more than 30 high-end private homes across South Africa, bringing an expert eye for detail and contextual design.Mark’s architectural sensibility is grounded in clarity of form and a careful response to site and programme. He views architecture as a process of refining space through proportion, materiality, and an honest use of structure—always guided by a respect for place and a commitment to timeless design.
